Body
Mass Index (BMI)
The BMI can be used
to indicate if you are overweight, obese, underweight
or normal. BMI is a single number which expresses
a relationship between height, body surface area,
and body weight. BMI can be very useful because
it correlates very closely to your body fat percentage
which is much more difficult to measure. The BMI
is calculated from your height and weight to give
a value as to your body fat.
